AGE Limit

You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.

Commissions

You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal or Alertpay.

Number of Accounts

You agree to only create 1 account.

EMAILS

By joining Advertise2Win you agree to receive emails from support@advertise2win.com. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from support@advertise2win.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members receive website updates, commissions information, etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Advertise2Win promotions including but not limited to solo ads from Advertise2Win members or anything that Advertise2Win needs to relay to all members. You also agree to receive up to 2 emails every 7 days from your sponsor from the referral mailer. Your sponsor will not know your email address.

Referral Contest Rules

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO BE ENTERED IN ANY OF OUR CONTESTS.
  • You understand that our contests are referral contests, "contests of skill". Contest prize(s) are awarded to the member(s) who referred the most Pro members during each contest date range. To qualify for any contest prize you must have referred a minimum of three (3) qualified referrals during the contest start and end date.
  • You understand that each new contest has a start and end date. Pro members are only counted once at the time of Pro upgrade purchase. You understand that the time or upgrade purchase may fall within a contest date range or not.
  • You agree that in case of a tie for the Grand Prize, Advertise2Win has the right to extend the contest end date for up to thirty (30) days.
  • You understand that the Grand Prize winner must live in the United States to receive the Grand Prize product free of charge of shipping and handling fees.
  • You understand that Advertise2Win is not responsible for any tax, VAT, toll, surcharge, payment processor fees or any other fee related to receiving any prize reward/product.
  • You agree that in case of a tie for any other prize rewards, Random.org will be selecting the contest winner(s). You understand that Random.org is a third-party draw service for professional operators of raffles, sweepstakes, promotional giveaways and other lottery type services. In a similar fashion to a certified official, RANDOM.ORG acts as an unbiased third party who conducts the drawings in a manner that is guaranteed to be fair and truly random.
  • You understand that there are no additional charges to you for the service provided to Advertise2Win.com by Random.org.

General Conditions

By participating you agree to defend and indemnify Adverits2Win.com, its principles, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest, or receipt or use (or misuse) of any prize.

Each participant grants Adverits2Win.com the unqualified, unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use his or her name, logo, marks or other distinctive identification in connection with promoting or marketing the contest or its theme.

The rights described in these official rules begin immediately upon referring other members to Adverits2Win.com, and continue indefinitely unless revoked, in writing, from Adverits2Win.com to the participant. Adverits2Win.com has no obligation to post or display any referral stats and may, in its sole discretion, remove any referral stats at any time.

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of this state, and agree venue is properly in Hampshire County, WV for any causes or controversies arising from this contest.

Adverits2Win.com reserves the right to void entries it deems associated with fraudulent activities.

Should technical or other difficulties arise that compromises the integrity of the contest, Adverits2Win.com may cancel, modify, or suspend the contest without notice. In that case, Adverits2Win.com reserves the right to award prizes from eligible entries received before the cancellation.

Adverits2Win.com is not responsible for any technical malfunction or service outage related to the contest.

Posting Ads

  • You agree that any ad posts that displays and/or connects with malware, porn, gambling, warez, or other inappropriate sites will be DELETED and that your account will be deleted without refund.
  • You agree that no ad posts will promote any form of illegal activity. You agree that all ad posts will be fully compliant with federal and state laws.
  • You agree to no racist or hateful ads.
  • You agree to only have links in ad posts that point to other html web pages. You agree to have no links to e-books, downloads, zip files, mp3’s etc.
  • You agree to only use URLs that do not break frames.
  • You agree not to include profanity in your ad posts.
  • You agree that any form of misleading readers will not be tolerated.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed

If your email address bounces or sends back Advertise2Win a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact Advertise2Win to upgrade you back to Pro if you were a Pro member. You will be required to show proof of your Upgrade to Pro by supplying your PayPal transaction ID#. All referrals, points and commissions will be lost if your account is deleted. 

Liability
Advertise2Win is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote all of their offers on the Internet. Advertise2Win does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be earned from Advertise2Win.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. Advertise2Win will not be held liable.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Advertise2Win.  We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Advertise2Win liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Once you buy advertising, if you would like a refund, simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment.   By joining and paying for any paid portion of Advertise2Win, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

SPAM
Advertise2Win has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program, will forfeit all earnings and/or won contest prizes and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines. 

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Advertise2Win in emails.
To falsify user information provided to Advertise2Win or to other users of the service in connection with Advertise2Win, or any of it's other sites.
To use the Advertise2Win name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.
 

Advertise2Win considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Advertise2Win terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Advertise2Win actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

Advertise2Win reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, Advertise2Win reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

By becoming a member of Advertise2Win, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
